SEVEN DAY RETURN POLICY

Consistent with these limitations, clients will be permitted to return any purchased artifacts to RARE MILITARIA for a refund of the original purchase price, minus all shipping expenses involved, within seven days of receipt of such item(s). RARE MILITARIA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend this inspection period in any specific circumstance where it deems such action appropriate or in which special arrangements have been made with the customer in advance of the sale.

RARE MILITARIA further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply a restocking charge, equal to ten percent (10%) of the original purchase value of the returned item(s), to any transaction where it believes that the customer is acting in bad faith or is seeking a refund based on false or misleading information. NO returns on opinion, appraisal or research work will be permitted under any conditions.

RE-PRINTING AND PUBLICATION OF MATERIALS

The opinions and research provided by RARE MILITARIA are exclusively based on its own experience and knowledge and shall remain its property at all times. As such, nothing in the purchase or sale of such materials to a client shall be construed in any way as granting said party the authority to re-print, publish, copy or otherwise distribute RARE MILITARIA's work without its express written permission. In any and all instances where improper or unauthorized use of its work occurs, the client understands that RARE MILITARIA will pursue all available remedies under law to for relief, with all costs incurred in this process being the client's responsibility.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS

Acceptable methods of payment include VISA and MASTERCARD, cashiers checks, money orders, cash, bank to bank wire transfers, company checks and personal checks. All purchases paid for by credit card, money order, wire transfer, cash or cashier checks normally ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders paid via company or personal check may be delayed in shipping, at the sole discretion of RARE MILITARIA, pending clearance of the check by our bank.

BAD CHECKS AND OTHER NON PAYMENT ISSUES

In any circumstance where a customer tenders RARE MILITARIA an insufficient funds check in payment of an order, we reserve the right to cancel the sale while retaining full possession of the item(s) purchased. In any situation where the product(s) in question has been previously delivered to the customer, in advance of our receipt of notice from the financial institutions involved of the insufficient funds status of their check, we will issue a demand to the customer for the satisfactory return of our merchandise.

Should that demand be ignored for any period in excess of three (3) days, RARE MILITARIA will consider itself free to pursue all remedies available under law to regain possession of its goods, which will include, but is not limited to, the possible filing of criminal charges with appropriate legal authorities pursuant to Federal mail fraud statutes.

All attempts made by customers who pay for merchandise by credit card to challenge a sales transaction after the fact, without first returning all item(s) received from RARE MILITARIA, shall be similarly construed as acting in bad faith and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
